Our Story
Grad Gateway began with a simple mission: to help graduates navigate the challenging transition from university into professional world. The idea was born out of firsthand experience. After observing how difficult it can be for recent graduates to secure their first job despite having the right qualifications, we realised that what often holds them back isn't a lack of skills, but rather a lack of guidance in presenting those skills effectively.
Our founder, Kushagra, noticed a recurring theme while assisting friends and colleagues with their job applications: graduates were often unsure how to craft a compelling CV or prepare for interviews that would set them apart. Driven by a passion for helping others and a belief that everyone deserves a fair chance to showcase their potential, Grad Gateway was launched.
What started as informal advice and support quickly grew into a specialised platform aimed at providing graduates with the resources they need to succeed. Today, Grad Gateway offers personalised CV reviews, mock interviews, and career guidance tailored to each individual’s needs. We have started partnering with universities and forward-thinking companies to redefine how job fairs are conducted. Instead of the usual setup where students attend fairs only to be told to apply online, we’re working with employers who are ready to take action on the spot. These companies come with the intention to conduct initial screening interviews and, if impressed, to extend job or internship offers directly at the event.
Our goal is to create an environment where students can truly showcase their skills, connect meaningfully with potential employers, and leave with tangible opportunities.
